The Board and the Association agree to share the full responsibility of school district operations, including the full responsibility for any operating expenditures within the scope of Article VII of the Elgin Consolidated School District Agreement for the next fiscal year and the following fiscal years, and shall cooperate in furthering the purposes of the Elgin School District Agreement. All amounts of the ELGIN fiduciary responsibilities shall be transferred to the district at the end of each fiscal year pursuant to Article XIV, Section 24(8), Subdivision B, Article XV, Section 24(9), Subdivision C, and Article IVB, subsection 15(10), and Subdivision D of the Elgin Consolidated School District Agreement. Section 24(7) shall not apply. To facilitate compliance with Article VI of the Elgin Consolidated School District Agreement, the Board and the Association shall coordinate their fiscal year-end for expenses of the ELGIN fiduciary responsibilities.
